PA to CEO Principal and Executive Team

Working Pattern - 37 hours per week, Term Time only plus 20 days (to include occasional evening work)

Grade and Scale Point - SO1 - 23 to 25

Annual Salary - £31,041 - £32,780 (actual salary per annum)

Contract Type - Permanent

Location - Leodis Central Office c/o Blackgates Primary Academy, (with a wider remit to work across all sites within the Trust)

 

Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. We are looking for a proficient individual who will deliver, as a PA and Administrator, a professional service and effective administration to the CEO Principal and Executive team. Reporting to the CEO Principal you will be integral in providing them and the Executive team support, through co-ordinating and administrating Governance arrangements and delivering a service that is high-quality, personal and confidential.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

As an effective PA, you will provide support to the CEO Principal and Executive Team, working proactively to co-ordinate diaries, ensuring meetings are organised and provide a high-quality administrative service of all office duties. Using your prioritisation skills, you will respond to enquiries from a wide range of internal and external contacts. Using your working knowledge of writing reports and researching information, you will collate documentation and draft reports on behalf of the CEO Principal and Executive Team.  This is turn will allow you to oversee marketing and promotion of the Trust in conjunction with an external provider.

 

As an efficient administrator you will ensure the service you provide for the CEO Principal and Executive Team is first-class. You will utilise your skills with Microsoft Office to organise your work effectively, maintaining electronic records, and play a fundamental part in using IT as a vehicle to deliver information and guidance. As a personable individual, you will provide a professional welcome and hospitality to all visitors to the central Trust office.

 

In supporting Governance, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to co-ordinate Governance arrangements for the Board of Trustees and Members. With good attention to detail you will ensure accurate record keeping of all Members, Trustees and Governors and accurately record minutes from meetings. Through experience of committee servicing and event management, you will work collaboratively with the Chair, CEO Principal and COO to prepare focused agendas for Governing Board and committee meetings. This will require some evening work, due to the timings of the meeting.  In return flexibility in hours will be offered by the Trust.
