Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. Hill Top Primary Academy has an opportunity for a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team. In return we offer an engaging role within a friendly, happy and caring school situated in the heart of the local community, and the rewards of working within a successful Multi Academy Trust.

As the Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant, you will supervise pupils within early years during the lunchtime period.  This will involve supporting them whilst they eat their lunch e.g. cutting up food and making sure that tables are clean and water is available.  You will also ensure that behaviour during the lunchtime period is as expected in line with the academy’s behaviour policies and that any accidents are reported and accident forms completed.

At Leodis Academies Trust we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to working together. We look for individuals who can contribute to this and make a difference to the academies that form our Trust. In return for joining us as our Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant we can offer:

  • An opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to make a real difference to the children within our community, whilst working within a school that fosters positivity and care.
  • Access to an expanding range of lifestyle benefits including Simply Health cash plan, free flu vaccinations and a cycle to work scheme.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Free parking on site.
  • A wide range of possibilities to develop as a professional, with access to job related learning and development opportunities across the Trust.
